All packing materials selected are all sustainably sourced to reduce the impact on the environment and get delivered to you in perfect condition. They use recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials.
They invest in renewable energy projects, offset their carbon emissions via The Gold Standard, and help fund projects for a safer climate and a more sustainable world.
Shipping
I provide worldwide free shipping which is handled by our provider and delivered by DHL. Prints shipped to the UK, EU and USA will not face any additional import charges. Customers from other countries may have customs clearance fees.
Orders are dispatched within 72hours before they get delivered to you within :
UK & Europe : 1 - 5 days
North America. : 2 - 5 days
Australia & New Zealand : 5 - 7 days
Rest of The World : Up to 10 days
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. You will be able to track your order with automated delivery updates via email.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
I absolutely guarantee your satisfaction, that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on my website. If by accident you receive a damaged artwork, I will immediately replace it and shipped to you free of charge.
Please contact us within 48h and send us photographic evidence of the damaged package/print at info@jamilslim.com.
If you change your mind about your artwork, I am unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case, you’ll need to cover the shipping charge for the return, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.
